BEER MADE HERE

For our beer, we do add wheat to our IPA and West Coast Pale Ale; all of our other brands may contain gluten but no wheat.

BREWERS BLACKBIRD BEER FLIGHT

2 i c CREAM ALE 5.0% ABV 20 IBU this is our first beer brewed for someone else and this will be supporting the Spitfire restoration at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Beautiful golden colour, crisp,clean and well attenuated, with a gorgeous floral hop aroma from Canadian Sasquatch hops, Easily more drinkable than a typical American Lager

PORTER 4.2% ABV 23 IBU
Dark beer with nose of light roasted grains, mild chocolate and toffee. Mouthfeel is mild with undertones of coffee. This is not a heavy beer, drinks smooth and easy.

WEST COAST PALE ALE 5.5% ABV 26 IBU Citra Centennial and Cascade hops make it elegant, clean and citrusy. As a WCPA should be.

LAGER 4.6% ABV 18 IBU
Lagered for minimum of 8 weeks! Clean easy drinking, a balance of not too sweet or bitter, maximum drinkability on this one!! Silver Medal at Canadian Brewing Awards for Premium Lager.

ENGLISH BITTER 3.8% ABV 25 IBU
This "ordinary bitter" is neither ordinary nor bitter. Clean and slightly sweet with no discernible bitterness. Notes of toffee and subdued caramel malt backbone lightly carbonated.

IPA 6.0% ABV 60 IBU
Hop forward yet approachable, clean and balanced with pleasant citrus aroma from plenty of west coast hops to bring out the juiciness.

MEXICAN LAGER 4.9% ABV 15 IBU
A smooth lagered, summer thirst quencher in the usual clean blackbird style. Sasquatch hops add a subtle floral to another crushable patio beer.
